Section 5 Momentum Mechanics.png

🎯 Strategic Purpose

Define how Boss Kanin turns motion into traction. This section exists to map the path from effort to actual signal — not hype. It ensures that customer development, product feedback, and early activation loops aren’t just reactive — they’re deliberately designed to generate clear, repeatable insight that compounds.

🧑‍💼 Founder’s Role (First-in-command)

Be the source of emotional fluency. Anchor the "why" behind every test. Participate in taste demos, message testing, and customer interaction — not just to observe, but to sense what hits or misses. Own the story, not just the product.

🧑‍🔧 Operator’s Role (Second-in-command)

Design the engine behind traction: run GTM experiments, structure feedback loops, and identify where effort is converting (or not). Ensure activation and iteration cycles are lightweight, high-frequency, and insight-rich — not just “push harder” tactics.

🧱 Section Foundation (from Feasibility Study)

Boss Kanin isn’t selling a better product — it’s introducing a new behavior. Traditional traction methods (e.g. shelf presence, online ads) don’t work when people don’t understand what the product is yet. Instead, traction must be actively triggered through assisted experiences: taste demos, storytelling via TikTok-style content, and emotional hook testing. The goal is to find — and then reinforce — the early behavioral signals that say, “this sticks.”
