I call myself a Right Hand Operator. Think of it as a generalist-integrator for early-stage founders and solopreneurs who are ready to make their first hire.
“Generalist-Integrator? What’s that?”
If you're familiar with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), integrators are the ones who turn founder vision into structured execution.
That's roughly one of the things I do, though I don't strictly follow EOS alone. I prefer blending ideas from multiple mental models, toolkits, and systems: whatever actually helps get momentum without creating unnecessary complexity.
my personality in a nutshell: black froyo + strawberry cheesecake sauce
Lately, I've been drawn to Strategyzer's frameworks. Their visuals are clean, their books are well-designed (yes, I judge by layout), and their concepts are surprisingly easy to apply in the wild. Okay, maybe I sound like a fangirl now 🤣, but I like working with tools that make ideas feel more real and executable.
The term "Right Hand Operator" came from not quite fitting the mold of a traditional integrator. I'm a generalist by nature: I think across product, ops, systems, comms, and structure. I zoom in, zoom out, fill in blind spots, and keep things moving. I wanted a role name that was flexible, not boxed into a methodology or org chart. Something that reflected the real, messy work of early-stage support.
This foundational credibility system? It’s a working artifact.
It’s a snapshot of how I think, map, and move through early-stage ambiguity. Yes, I used AI to help refine and organize things, but the raw ideas, real-world constraints, and lived signals all come from me. This is my brain, just with better formatting. A snapshot of how I’d actually approach early-stage work if I were beside you.
It’s not a portfolio. It’s proof of approach.
If you read this and think, “I want someone like this on my side,” then maybe I already am.
